HELP! / FAQ
We currently have no automated way to set up your hosting, and must do it manually. In most cases, we respond within a single business day. On rare exceptions, we may take longer. Please be patient, and if we haven’t gotten to you, please feel free to create a support request.
Please, we are a small hosting reseller. We care deeply about our customers, but our staff is limited.
Did you create an account?
If you created an account, please click on the verify link with the email to make sure to activate your account. If it is not there, please check the spam folder. As always, if you don’t get it, you may contact us or start a support request.
Do you need to migrate your account?
Please contact us, we can help. Please let us know, and we can help you through the process. We offer a free plugin to migrate users over that will handle most users. We offer consulting time on more custom migrations at our regular rates.
When we contact you as soon as we get it setup. When we do, please log in to your service and set your password. You may find the service information on our “Plan Details” page.
We’re so sorry to see you go. This has never happened, and you will be our first. Is there anything we can do to keep you as a customer? If you haven’t already, please contact us as to why. We would love to resolve any problems you have, or help.
You may cancel your subscription at any time using the online management tool found in the header on the left of the big orange “contact us” button.

Is there anything we can do to keep you? Please use our Support Ticket System if there is, we will be happy to help.
If you’re unhappy with our service (or bought us mistakenly), and would like to receive a refund, please use our Support Ticket System within the first 15 days.
Please do not dispute the charge without contacting us multiple times. Refunds may take 15 days to complete.

Please contact us, regarding any attempts to change your subscription. We allow for downgrades if usage goes down, but will not automatically lower your billing without requesting it. Please use our Support Ticket System.
The support for our hosting can be found via a support ticket system we have created for use by our customers. Please feel to use it for all business enquires.
Please wait until you get an email from us stating your hosting has been set up. After it’s been configured, it’s best to check the login to make sure you have access.
The access information to your server should be located on the “Plan Details” page. The menu link is on the right side of the “Contact Us” button on the top. The password reset link will not work until I add your plan to our system, so please contact us if you can’t get access.
